Sudan's President BashirNormally, in a criminal case the fugitives are not easily located since they are in hiding. However, this situation is unique:
- Bashir can be found in the Presidential Palace in Khartoum, where he is president;
- Harun can be found in the Governor's residence in South Kordofan, where he is governor;
- Hassein can be found in the Minister of Defense's office in Khartoum, where he is minister; and
- Kushayb can be found in Darfur.
